Our spacious gym in Hove has the latest technology in resistance machines and a large workout area, so you can design the perfect work out for you. The Hove Fitness Club team is always on hand to make your gym experience brilliant. At your induction our staff will tailor a personalised program to suit you, and they are always available to help you settle in and give guidance on the machines
Cardio – Incline treadmills, cyber arc trainers, lifetime cross-trainers, matrix stair climbers, upright matrix virtual bikes, lifetime recumbent bikes, hand bikes and rowing machines.
Resistance machines – Techno gym, plate loaded leg press, plate loaded squat rack, smith machine, lat pulldown, pulley, triceps machine, arm curl, pec deck, chest press, shoulder press, adductor, abductor, leg press, knee extension, leg curl, multi station pulley and dual action pulleys.
Free weights – Dumbbells range from 1kg – 55kg and fixed barbells 5kg – 45kg.
FiiTZone Area – Assault bikes, SkiErg, rowers, assault runners, plyo boxes, barbells and dumbbells, kettlebells 4kg – 32kg, battle ropes, bosu, medicine balls and stability balls.
